The Story

Where it All Starts
Jax & Superfloof is the story of two travellers from another planet... A planet struck by an epidemic of sadness, apathy and loneliness, where no one laughs, dreams, or shares anymore.

Earth is the Answer
Upon arriving on Earth, they discover something incredible, dance and music exist only on this planet.. That’s what makes Earth so special — it maybe holds the last spark of joy in the whole universe.

Changelings in Trouble
In their true forms, Jax is a galactic knight, and Superfloof an imperial prince. On their planet, they can shapeshift at will... But Earth's energy field blocks their powers. They find themselves trapped as: a child... and a dog.

The Mission
And it is in these new, funny, and fragile forms that they must accomplish their mission: to travel the planet to collect music, dance and human emotions... and transmit them across the stars to save their people.

The Journey, the Archive of the Stones
In each episode, they travel to a new country, discover places rich in history, and awaken what is called the Archive of the Stones — the energy of all those who sang, danced or dreamed before them.

The Children are active participants
As an author, I love that the children actively engage in the mission : they learn a few words in a new language, try a few dance moves and also get to manipulate some sounds, instruments, or tools through the Toniebox 2.

SuperFloof is actually His Imperial Highness, Prince of Canopia Prime, heir to a great galactic dynasty. Jax is his most courageous Knight and sworn protector.
This inverted hierarchy creates the perfect comedic tension throughout every episode, as SuperFloof internally bristles at taking "orders" from his own knight while maintaining their Earth cover.
